三鴻精密機械股份有限公司與元鴻精密機械有限公司分別創立於民國76年與民國81年, 資本額為新台幣一千萬元正. 土地面積為1600平方公尺(400坪)廠房面積為2400平方公尺(600坪), 員工人數為36人.

主要服務項目為精密模具製造, 零件製造, IC模具製造, 機械零組件, PC零組件, IC及BGA測試用零組件.

San-Horng Precision Machinery Corp. and Yun-Horng Precision Machinery Corp. were established in 1987 and 1992 respectively. The capital is 10,000,000 NT Dollars. The ground area and factory area are 1600 m² and 2400 m² respectively. The total current employees are 36.  

The main service and product provided by San-Horng are: the manufacturing of precision moulds, hardware manufacturing, machinery component manufacturing, PC component and IC & BGA testing component manufacturing.
